I attended Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School in Des Moines, graduating in July of 2017 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I’ve been practicing massage therapy and serving clients in the Pella area ever since. I’m joined by my husband Corey and our children. In our spare time we enjoy traveling, horseback riding, and spending time with family and friends.

I have been one of the receptionists at Nourish for a year now while attending Body Wisdom Massage Therapy School. I became a licensed Massage Therapist in October 2026. I specialize in Lymphatic Drainage, Orthopedic (Sports Massage) and Therapeautic Massage. Other modalities I am certified in include Myofascial, Positional Release, and Sans Hands. I am very passionate about being active, and enjoy being outside, while also spending time with my friends and family.
